30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made items
Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)
Digital products or downloadable items
Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@opulentstyle.us with your order number and reason for return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
