# Refund & Returns Policy — Opulent Style

At Opulent Style, you matter — and that includes feeling confident when you shop with us. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

## 30-day returns

You have **30 days from the date your order is delivered** to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

## How to start a return

Email us at **support@opulentstyle.us** with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST) with approval and return instructions, including where to send the item.

## Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within **7 days of delivery** at support@opulentstyle.us — photos help us resolve it faster. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, and **we'll cover the return shipping**.

## Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

## Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your **original payment method within 5–10 business days**. You'll receive an email confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

## Exchanges

Need a different size or variant? The fastest path is to place a new order and return the original for a refund. For defective or incorrect items, we'll arrange the exchange directly at no cost to you.

## Final sale items

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable.

## Late or missing refunds

If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, email support@opulentstyle.us and we'll trace it for you.
