Core sources

How to read claims

Medical fact describes established clinical knowledge. Guidance translates expert recommendations. Study reports a bounded research result. Practice is a useful exercise or communication approach, not a cure. Individual care can differ.

Reviewed for educational framing in September 2026. Phone numbers and services can change; verify directly. The project should receive clinical, domestic-violence advocacy, disability-access, legal and school-safeguarding review before institutional adoption.

Editorial safeguards

Personal accounts were anonymized and generalized so readers can learn without exposing a private identity. Copyrighted song lyrics were not reproduced. Spiritual reflection may be personally meaningful, but ritual, incense, stones, talismans or sacred phrases are not presented as medical treatment, guaranteed protection or verified supernatural power. Unreviewed translations are withheld until checked by fluent speakers.

Addiction, prevention and recovery sources

Addiction content was evidence-checked in September 2026. Treatment, eligibility, availability and emergency information must still be verified directly.

Additional sources for truth, culture and civic learning

Political and conflict-related claims are not published as fact without current verification. Faith interpretations are clearly separated from legal and empirical claims.

Global migration and immigrant-family sources

Global indicators use the latest complete UNHCR year available when reviewed: end-2025, published June 11, 2026. The 195-country index is a navigation aid, not a claim that all citizens migrated or fled. Immigration policy, forms, deadlines, provider capacity and eligibility can change; verify with the responsible agency and qualified counsel. Reviewed September 2026.
